Bikram 90

Building strength and flexibility can be grueling and tedious, even for the most seasoned practitioner. Our 75 minute class is a muscle-building alternative that's not tedious: Your mind and body are totally engaged, from beginning to end. This transforms your mood, putting you in the mellowest state possible. With this class, you get all-over strength, flexibility, stress reduction, and mindfulness, all at the same time.

Busy schedule? Stiff muscles? This sixty minute heated class at Bikram Yoga Williston will leave you feeling more confident, relaxed, and ready to take on whatever life sends your way. Our sixty minute Bikram class provides an opportunity for both beginners and seasoned practitioners to focus on improving strength and flexibility with top-notch guidance from compassionate teachers. Silent Bikram

Set to soft ambient music, our Silent Bikram class is led by an instructor to keep the timing of class but there is minimal instruction - just you, your body, your spirit, and your practice. This is the perfect time to really check in to YOU.

 

PiYo HIIT Fusion

Sometimes a modern lifestyle can leave you with scarce energy and waning enthusiasm. This sixty minute heated class at Bikram Yoga Williston is built to energize, strengthen and leave you ready to tackle life’s challenges.

This class is a fusion of yoga, pilates and high intensity interval training. PiYo HIIT Fusion allows you to find the sense of peace you crave while accessing your inner grit and strength. Regardless of your experience, limitations or insecurities, this class is for you. Get ready to sweat, smile and feel awesome.

BALA

This dynamic class reinvents the wheel of weight training, body lifting, and full body HIIT!

What is BALA Beginner's? Think of the kettlebell and the dumbbell having a baby and the baby is 10 pounds. Meet the Power Ring, called BALA!

This is perfect for beginners and challenging for the longer term practitioner that wants more from their body and mind work.

POWER FLO

POWER FLO is a high energy, invigorating yoga practice that blends vinyasa yoga, tribal/primal movements, body weight training, powerful plyometrics, and cardiovascular training all in one class! This class is meant to challenge and empower, to push through boundaries and re-emerge more confident bodies and spirits. This class is for you if you identify as a beginner student and all the way up to a trained student that welcomes speed and force of different movements to build muscle power in physique and character. This training lab can improve your physical performance and ability to adapt on all levels.

Yin Yoga

Yang = light, active, rapid, bright, upward, fire, energy, sun, day, elastic, male, odd.

Yin = dark, cold, passive, inside, solid, slow, dim, downward, water, mysterious, moon, night, earth, female, even.

This class complements a Yang practice and lifestyle perfectly by slowing things down and getting to the nitty gritty - the connective tissue that holds us back. "Your issues are in your tissues." In a gently heated room, we will focus on finding that edge and honoring it (like we do in our daily lives) - then allowing it to release by holding postures up to 5 minutes at a time, while our bodies work through layer after layer of fascia. You may experience emotional release during a Yin practice; this is normal and you are in a safe space. This class is accessible and encouraged for all skill levels.

There is no Yang without Yin; there is no Light without Dark.
