ALLISON BOGAN

Certified Yoga Instructor

Allison first discovered Bikram Yoga in 2010 in California. She found that it was the perfect way for her to re-center and decompress during the demands of her doctoral program.  Bikram yoga offered an intensity, depth and challenge she hadn’t experienced with other styles of yoga, and she was hooked!  By committing to a consistent practice she has found both physical and emotional healing and her body and life are healthier as a result.  She has found it to be an invaluable resource for self care on all levels and for all areas of life. As a chiropractor, she knows how important it is to take care of your spine and Bikram yoga offers this opportunity with every pose.

Allison completed her 500 hour certification in the spring of 2018.

TRACY RUBMAN

Certified bikram yoga instructor

Tracy started practicing Bikram Yoga in 2002 and became an instructor in 2005. She was hooked on Bikram Yoga when she discovered that the series was the most reliable treatment for her systemic Lupus. She is grateful to be part of the Bikram Williston Community. She loves teaching and sharing her practice with students along their yoga journey. When she is not teaching yoga, Tracy enjoys spending time with her family and teaching at Burlington High School.

JEN KIEL

Body Practitioner

Fostering wellness; it is truly what I am here to do. I strongly believe that the physical body has unlimited healing potentials, and encouraging the body to achieve structural harmony is my expression of this understanding.

With an educational background in Sociology and English, receiving a Bachelor's Degree from Santa Clara University in 2003, I knew there was more that I had to do. My journey into the world of bodywork began in 2006. Never having experienced a professional massage in my life, I decided to go to massage school. It was a hunch that strongly called to me, and my life has expanded in love, freedom, and joy ever since.

College level A&P and Biology courses gave me a stronger foundation to make sense of the physical body. This, along with managing and teaching a 600 hour massage school program for five years, helped me to develop precise techniques in Trigger Point Therapy and Deep Tissue Therapy to help others prevent, manage, and recover from pain.

My interests soon expanded to crave a deeper awareness of Energy. Information about the Crystal/Mineral kingdom, Chakra Balancing, Sound healing, Reiki, Polarity Therapy, Touch for Health, Chinese Medicine, and much more, continually comes into my life.  I am honored to discover the subtle mysteries of myself and others through the work that I do.

Currently, my primary focus is helping others achieve full body structural stabilization. With this stabilization comes Deep Myofascial Unwinding, Detoxification (brain and body), Emotional Energy Release, and Long Term Rehabilitation from pain.  Structural Energetic Therapy facilitates transformation utilizing revolutionary Cranial/Structural techniques. This work has changed my life, and has changed the lives of many others.

During my free time, I can be found hiking, skiing, running, swimming, identifying wild edible plants, and tracking wildlife at my home in the Green Mountains of Bolton Valley.

I look forward to sharing the unlimited potentials of bodily freedom with all those who seek this awareness.

With Gratitude, Jennifer Kiel
